We strongly recommend that all orders being shipped during summer months, and to warm climates (such as Florida, Texas, Arizona, etc.), use FedEx Overnight service. We also advise including an Ice Pak when shipping to these climates and to other destinations where the temperatures during shipping will be above 75 degrees. If you have any question regarding shipping to these areas please call 800-554-0624. We are not responsible for melting.

Truffes will stay fresh up to 10 days upon receipt of your shipped order.

Please store all our chocolates at room temperature (65-72 degrees).

Ice Paks are recommended, for an additional $9.50, if temperatures will be above 75 degrees during shipping.
